You bought a laptop while you were travelling abroad. When you reached your native country you realized that some items were missing from the box. Write a letter to the representative of the company. In your letter,

-give details of the laptop and from where you bought it

-explain what has happened

-say what you want him/her to do about it

SAMPLE ANSWER

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to inform you about a problem I faced after purchasing a laptop from your store while travelling abroad. On 12th October, I bought a Dell Inspiron 15 (Model 3520) from your Tech World branch in Dubai Mall. The payment was made by credit card, and I was provided with invoice number TW-4589.

However, after returning to India and unboxing the laptop, I noticed that some essential accessories, including the charger and user manual, were missing from the package. I have checked thoroughly, but they were not included in the box.

I would appreciate it if you could send the missing items to my address in India or arrange a replacement through a local service centre. I have attached a copy of the purchase receipt for your reference.
