Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to inform you about a problem I am facing with the printer I purchased from your store two months ago. The printer has recently started malfunctioning — it frequently jams paper and often fails to connect to my computer, even after reinstalling the software several times.

As I work from home and rely heavily on this printer for preparing client documents, this issue is seriously disrupting my work. I have already missed a few important deadlines due to the printing delays.

I would appreciate it if you could arrange for a replacement or send a technician to repair the printer as soon as possible. I have attached a copy of the purchase receipt for your reference.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
