Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my concern regarding the heating system in my university accommodation, which has not been working properly for the past two weeks.

Due to the malfunction, my room has become extremely cold, especially during the night. This has made it difficult for me to concentrate on my studies and sleep comfortably. Moreover, I have started to feel unwell because of the low temperature, which is affecting my overall well-being.

I would appreciate it if you could send a maintenance team to inspect and repair the heating system as soon as possible. If the issue cannot be fixed immediately, I would be grateful if you could provide an alternative heater or arrange temporary accommodation until the problem is resolved.
