Dear Mr. Tom,

I am writing this letter to pay your attention to setting up a cafeteria for the staff employed in the office building.

As you know, more than 200 management staff have been working in your esteemed organization in different sections. Most of the staff bring their tiffin and lunch from home as the company doesn’t have any food facilities for their employees free of cost. However, staff are unable to have their tiffin or lunch in a specific area due to not having any cafeteria in the office at present.

As a multinational company, it is our prime responsibility to ensure a designated area for a well-equipped cafeteria so that all the staff can take their tiffin and lunch in their respective break time. But it is a matter of sorrow that I have been feeling disappointed due to not having a cafeteria in our company.

I would like to suggest one idea about the cafeteria. We may set up a cafeteria on the rooftop as there is plenty of space to arrange this.
