SAMPLE ANSWER

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally request the cancellation of my annual subscription to your online learning platform, registered under the email YU@example.com. Due to recent changes in my work schedule, I am no longer able to make effective use of the service.

Could you please inform me about your refund policy for unused months of the subscription period? I believe I have seven months remaining, and I would like to know whether I am eligible for a partial refund.

Kindly confirm the cancellation in writing and ensure that no further payments are charged to my account. I would appreciate it if this request could be processed at the earliest possible date.
