You and your friends ate a meal at a restaurant to celebrate a special occasion, and you were extremely dissatisfied with the experience.
Write a letter to the restaurant manager. In your letter:
–Explain the reason for the celebration
–Give details of your visit to the restaurant
–Say what you would like the restaurant to do

Dear Sir or Madam, I hope
This message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your restaurant during a special occasion. My friends and I chose your establishment to celebrate my birthday, and we had high expectations based on the positive reviews we had heard.
Unfortunately, our visit on 1st December fell short of those expectations. Despite having made a reservation, we waited over 30 minutes to be seated. Once we were finally at our table, the service was slow, and it took an unusually long time for our orders to be taken. When our meals arrived, several dishes were not cooked to the expected quality, and one of my friends received the wrong order altogether.
Given the special nature of our celebration, I would like to request a formal response regarding our experience. Additionally, I believe a gesture, such as a partial refund or a complimentary meal, would be appropriate to rectify our disappointment.
