SAMPLE ANSWER

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to report an issue I experienced with one of your ATMs on July 5th at approximately 3:15 PM. I attempted to withdraw ₹10,000 from the SBI ATM located near Model Town Market, Ludhiana. Although the transaction was processed and the amount was deducted from my account, the machine failed to dispense any cash.

The transaction was made using my debit card linked to account number XXXX-XXXX-1234, and the transaction reference number is TXN54321ATM0705. I immediately checked my balance and confirmed the deduction.

This situation has caused significant inconvenience, and I kindly request an urgent investigation and prompt refund of the deducted amount. I would appreciate it if the matter could be resolved at the earliest and the refunded amount credited back to my account.
