You have booked a driving test but due to an unexpected situation, you need to reschedule it.

Write a letter to the driving test center. In your letter:

– Explain why you need to change the date

– Request a new date and time

– Ask if there are any charges for rescheduling

SAMPLE ANSWER

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to request a rescheduling of my upcoming driving test appointment, which is currently booked for Monday, 15th July at 10:00 a.m.

Unfortunately, I have encountered an unexpected situation. I have been called in for a mandatory work meeting on the same day that cannot be postponed, and I will not be able to attend the test at the originally scheduled time.

I would appreciate it if you could offer me a new date any time after 20th July, preferably in the morning hours if available. I am flexible with the timing and willing to take the earliest possible slot.

Kindly let me know if there are any charges or formalities involved in rescheduling the test. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope for your understanding.
