You saw an advertisement for a part-time job in a local hotel that requires weekend work.
Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Introduce yourself and your experience

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing in response to the advertisement for a part-time position at your hotel requiring weekend work. My name is Ananya Sharma, and I am currently a final-year university student majoring in Hospitality Management. I have over a year of experience working as a front desk assistant at a boutique hotel, where I developed strong communication and customer service skills.

I am particularly interested in this role as it aligns perfectly with my academic background and passion for the hospitality industry. Working weekends suits my schedule well, and I am eager to gain more hands-on experience in a professional hotel setting.

I would be happy to attend an interview at your convenience. I am available on weekday afternoons after 3 p.m. and throughout the weekend. Please let me know a suitable time.
