You recently ordered a product online from a company that promised delivery within three days. However, the item arrived ten days late and was not in good condition. Write a letter to the company. In your letter:
– Explain what you ordered and why
– Describe the problem with the delivery
– Say what you want the company to do

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent online purchase from your website. On May 1st, I ordered a Bluetooth speaker (Order ID: 78542BX) as a birthday gift for my brother. Your website promised delivery within three days, but the item arrived ten days late, well past the occasion.
To make matters worse, the speaker was damaged. The outer packaging was torn, and the device had visible scratches. When I tried to switch it on, it did not work at all. This has been highly disappointing, especially given the urgency and purpose of the order.
I request a full refund or an immediate replacement with a properly functioning product. Additionally, I suggest you improve your delivery and quality control processes to avoid such issues in the future.
