You recently bought a washing machine from a local appliance store, but it stopped working after two days.

Write a letter to the store manager. In your letter:

– Explain what happened

– Describe your dissatisfaction

– Say what action you want them to take

Dear Store Manager,

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a washing machine I purchased from your store on June 10th. Unfortunately, the appliance has stopped functioning just two days after installation, causing considerable inconvenience.

The model I bought is the LG Front Load Washing Machine, and it was delivered and installed on June 11th. It worked perfectly the first day; however, on the second day, it suddenly stopped in the middle of a wash cycle and has not powered on since. I have already checked the electrical supply and connections, and everything seems to be in order.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience. As a trusted local appliance store, I expected a much higher standard of quality and reliability. Not only did the product fail, but I have also been left without a functioning washing machine, which disrupts my daily routine.

I kindly request that you either replace the defective unit immediately or arrange for a technician to inspect and repair it at the earliest convenience. I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved within the next few days.
