Dear Sir/Madam,
I recently received the information pack for the upcoming academic year at your school. While I appreciate the effort put into preparing the materials, I noticed that some crucial information was missing—specifically, the term dates and the list of required textbooks.
This has made it difficult for me to make necessary arrangements. Without the term schedule, I cannot confirm travel plans or organize childcare during holidays. Additionally, not knowing which books to purchase is delaying my preparation and may affect my child’s ability to keep up with classes at the start of the term.
To prevent such issues in the future, I suggest the school create a checklist of essential items to include in every information pack. This would help ensure consistency and prevent omissions.
