You are planning to host a party and want to prepare a dish from your friend’s country.

Write a letter to your friend. In your letter:

I hope you are doing well. I’m excited to share that I am hosting a party next month to celebrate my recent job promotion. It’s a small gathering of close friends and family, and I want to make it truly special.

Since you always spoke so passionately about [Friend’s Country]’s cuisine, I thought it would be wonderful to prepare a traditional dish from your country. I still remember the delicious [Dish Name] you once made for us. Could you please send me the recipe along with any tips for making it authentic?

Also, it would be fantastic if you could attend the party yourself! It’s on [date] at my place around 6 p.m. Your presence would mean a lot to me, and I’m sure everyone would love to see you.
