There is an annual work party next month, which is held each year. Write a letter to your colleagues to co-arrange the party. In your letter:
– Say what would you do differently than last year
– Say what you think were some of the things not so good last year
– Suggest where to meet to plan for the party

Dear colleagues,
I hope you are all doing well. As the annual work party is coming up next month, I would like to propose that we start planning together soon.
Last year’s event was enjoyable, but I believe we could make a few improvements. For instance, instead of having a formal dinner, we could try something more interactive, like a themed party or a casual outdoor gathering. This might encourage more participation and make the event more memorable.
One issue we faced last year was the long speeches, which left less time for socializing. Also, the music started too late, so many people had already left by the time the dance floor opened.
To begin planning, I suggest we meet in the staff lounge this Friday during lunch break. It would be a great opportunity to brainstorm and divide responsibilities.
