I hope you are well. I am writing to bring to your attention an ongoing issue with my work computer, which has become increasingly slow and outdated.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve experienced frequent delays when opening programs or switching between tasks. The system often freezes, especially when running essential software like Excel or our internal project management tools. This not only disrupts my workflow but also affects my ability to meet deadlines efficiently.

For instance, preparing last week’s client report took nearly twice the usual time due to repeated system crashes. Additionally, video meetings are often affected by lag, making it hard to participate effectively.

I believe upgrading the hardware or replacing the computer with a more modern system would significantly improve productivity. I would be happy to discuss suitable options if needed.
