You learned a piece of news from your friend regarding a part-time job at a new international company near your house. Write a letter to that company. In your letter, you should:
– Explain why you need that job
– Give the details of what you can do for the company
– Suggest the time that you can work.
SAMPLE ANSWER
Dear Hiring Manager,
I am writing to express my interest in the part-time job opportunity at your newly established international company near my residence. I recently learned about this vacancy from a friend and would love the opportunity to contribute to your team.
As a university student pursuing a degree in business administration, I am keen to gain practical experience while supporting my studies financially. I have strong communication and organizational skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service. Additionally, I am fluent in English and [another language, if applicable], which can be valuable for international interactions.
I am available to work in the evenings on weekdays and full-time on weekends. I am flexible with shifts and willing to adapt to the company’s requirements. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss my application further at your convenience.
