IELTS GENERAL TRAINING TASK 1

Write a letter to the hotel. In your letter thank the manager and his staff give some particular examples of why you enjoyed your stay at the hotel so much explain that you have written a review of the hotel on a popular website for tourists.

SAMPLE ANSWER

Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this letter finds you in good health. I am writing to express my feelings and appreciation for the services I enjoyed during my stay at your hotel, Taj Mahal Mohali. It was a three-day stay that was truly valuable for money. It was a fabulous experience, especially the breath taking views of the Himalayas.

Moreover, all of my friends were stunned to see the neatness and cleanliness of the place. I can not praise anything more than your fine dining at the world-famous Taj restaurant. The Food and the well-presented fast service. Everything was very well-managed, especially your staff. They were so welcoming and supportive during my entire stay, which elevated the whole experience to another level.

Apart from that, I would also like to mention that I have posted a positive review on a famous tourist guide website for your hotel and restaurant, which helps other tourists to find such fantastic places to visit and make unforgettable memories. I am looking forward to spending my next vacation at your Hotel.
