One of the water taps in your apartment has been leaking for a few days. You have phoned the maintenance office to fix it. They promised to do it but never come. Write to the school authority to complain about it.

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with one of the water taps in my apartment, which has been leaking for several days now. I initially reported the problem to the maintenance office, and they assured me that someone would come to fix it promptly. However, despite their promise, no one has arrived to address the issue.

This ongoing leak is causing inconvenience and wasting water, which I believe could potentially lead to further damage if not repaired soon. As a tenant, I expect timely and efficient service, and it is disheartening that the maintenance team has not followed through on their commitment.
