I hope this letter finds you well! I’m excited to welcome you to our company next month. We specialize in [briefly describe the company’s work, e.g., “creating innovative software solutions for businesses”], and I think you’ll really enjoy being part of our team.
On your first day, please bring a few essentials: a notebook and pen for taking notes, your ID for security, and any documents needed for HR, like your bank details.
Your first day will mostly involve orientation. You’ll meet the team, get a tour of the office, and receive an overview of our projects. We’ll also set you up with your computer and tools. It’s a great chance to ask questions and get comfortable with everything.
