You lost your driver’s license but someone found it and send it back to your address. Write a letter including

– Thanking them

– Asking where they found it

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my heartfelt thanks for returning my driver’s license, which I recently lost. Your kindness in sending it back to me is deeply appreciated.

Could you please let me know where you found it? Understanding how it was discovered might help me be more cautious in the future.

I need my driver’s license for several important reasons, including proving my identity and, more urgently, for a driving test I am scheduled to take next week. Your help in returning it on time means a great deal to me.

Once again, thank you for your generosity. Your actions have greatly assisted me during a challenging time.
