Your friend has a travel company and would like you to come and work with him. Write a letter replying to your friend’s offer. In your letter:

• explain what you know about your friend’s company

• choose whether you accept or decline the offer

• give reasons for your choice

I hope this letter finds you well. Thank you so much for considering me for a position at your travel company, [Company Name]. I have been following your company’s progress and am impressed by the innovative travel packages you offer and your commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences. Your recent expansion into eco-tourism and adventure travel seems particularly exciting and aligns with current industry trends.

After careful consideration, I must respectfully decline the offer. While I am genuinely interested in the travel industry and admire what you have built, I am currently committed to my existing role and projects. The timing isn’t ideal for me to make a transition at this moment.
