You recently attended an interview for a job position and want to thank the interviewer for the opportunity. Write a letter expressing your gratitude.

SAMPLE ANSWER

Dear ABC,

I hope you are well and in a good mood when you receive this message. I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank [Company Name] for giving me the chance to interview for the [Job Position] on [Interview Date]. Meeting with you and the interview panel was an honor, and I sincerely appreciate the time and care you took to get to know me during the process.

I would want to express my gratitude for the comprehensive nature of the interview procedure and the thought-provoking questions that were asked. It is evident to me that [Company Name] attaches great importance to choosing candidates who share the company’s culture and values in addition to having the necessary skills. This has just made me more excited to be a part of your team.
