Room cleaning schedule
When a guest arrives the room must be perfectly clean, with no sign of previous stay. This needs to be done quickly and efficiently. However, the cleaner needs to take the time to make sure that the room is disinfected and sanitary.
On entering the room, make sure the guests have actually left. Check that they are not sleeping in the bed or are in the bathroom. Make sure there is no luggage or any other possessions.

Zenisse Corporate Holdings Ltd.
To: All Staff
Subject: Working from home
The company is now allowing staff to work from home, if it is approved by their manager. If a manager grants employees the option of working from home, which we highly recommend, you need to set ground rules with each member of staff, depending on their role and the number of hours they will no longer be working in the office.
Have a meeting with each employee to determine to what extent they will be working from home. If you decide on fixed hours they will be present in the office, this needs to be written in the meeting notes. A copy of these meeting notes needs to be sent to HR to determine whether the employee needs their employment contract modified.
IELTS General Reading Test
If the manager and the employee decide they want to be flexible with working from home, depending on what projects the employee is working on or, for example, when their children’s school holidays are on, this needs to be specified and the new time sheet system used.
New timesheet system
Employees will receive training in the new timesheet system. Flexible employees (those not with fixed times for working at home and in the office) need to complete detailed time sheets each week that indicate where they are and which projects they are working on. This is less of a staff monitoring device, but more for the company to collect data regarding the new system, so we can measure relative productivity of staff working from home, compared to those who remain in the office. This way we can gauge whether the new policy is effective.

Employees will need to be given one week’s notice for any time that they are required to be in the office, for meetings, group work or other activities that they cannot do from home. We would like to discourage group webinars with outside clients that are from employee’s homes. These are best done at the office or by phone. This is for company image and Internet security reasons. Online meetings between members of staff are perfectly acceptable.
