SAMPLE ANSWER
The chart illustrates the average measurement of CO2 being emitted per person in four countries in the continent of Europe in the year of 1975 and 2015.
Overall, France still emitted the highest amount of CO2 between those years. Started with nearly 12 metric tons in the beginning of 1975 and decreased steadly over 40 years and reached the lowest peak of more than 8 metric tons. The second highest measurement of CO2 emissions belonged to Norway. In 1975, Norway produced slightly over 8 metric tons, however, Norway experienced fluctuations as the number rose rapidly to approximately 10 metric tons within 10 years. Moreover, the amount of CO2 also fell to around 7 metric tons and kept decreasing until 2015 with less than 6 metric tons of CO2 emissions.
The remaining two countries, which were Spain and Greece, had similar CO2 emissions growth. Both of the countries set things first with around 4 and 1 metric tons respectively. The former country, Spain, faced rapid increase of amount and in 2015, Spain became the second highest country which emitted the most CO2. Nevertheless, the latter remained as the country with lowest average of CO2 emissions (gave nearly 6 metric tons per person to the atmosphere in late 2015).
