SAMPLE ANSWER
The bar chart illustrates the average earnings of science and law graduates from three UK universities five years after completing their degrees. The table presents data on the tuition fees paid by overseas students currently enrolled in these two subjects at the same institutions.
Overall, two main trends can be observed. The first is that graduates from universities with higher tuition fees tend to have better salaries after five years. The second is that although science students pay higher fees, law graduates earn more across all three universities.
In terms of graduate earnings, Norchester University offers the highest salaries, with law graduates earning around £47,000 and science graduates receiving £43,000. Russell University comes next, where the figures are approximately £45,000 for law and £40,000 for science. The lowest earnings are reported at the University of West Anglia, with law and science graduates receiving £40,000 and £36,000, respectively. In all cases, law graduates earn more than their science counterparts by a margin of £4,000 to £5,000.
