The map below is of the city of Cambrook. A new cinema and leisure complex (S) is planned for the town. The map shows two possible sites for the complex.

The map illustrates two proposed locations (S1 and S2) for a new cinema and leisure complex in the city of Cambrook, which has a population of 85,000.
S1 is situated close to the town centre, within the no-traffic zone and near both residential and industrial areas. This central location could attract a large number of visitors due to its accessibility by both road and rail. However, traffic restrictions in the town centre might limit direct access for private vehicles.
On the other hand, S2 is located in the north-west, on the outskirts of Cambrook. It is near a main road and adjacent to the town of Honston, which has a population of 10,000. Although it is further from Cambrook’s residential core, it offers easy road access and potential to serve neighbouring towns.
In conclusion, S1 may offer better local access, while S2 provides broader regional connectivity and fewer traffic concerns.
