The two diagrams compare two different layouts (Plan A and Plan B) designed for a meeting room.
In Plan A, the podium is located in the top-left corner near the entrance, with the whiteboard positioned along the top wall. Three tables with chairs are arranged in a U-shape facing the front, allowing a clear view of the podium and whiteboard. The morning tea area is situated at the bottom of the room, away from the entrance.
In contrast, Plan B presents a more centralized layout. The whiteboard is placed at the top-center of the room, and the podium is directly in front of it. Tables are arranged more symmetrically, with two rectangular tables on either side and one near the bottom, each surrounded by chairs. The morning tea section is now positioned in the top-left corner near the entrance.
Overall, while both plans include similar elements, Plan B offers a more balanced and centered arrangement, potentially improving accessibility and interaction.
