The two floor plans illustrate changes in student accommodation between 2010 and the present day.
In 2010, the accommodation featured a total of three student bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, one bathroom, and a hallway. Gardens surrounded the property on three sides.
Currently, the layout has been significantly modified to include five student bedrooms. The living room has been removed to make space for an additional bedroom. The kitchen now functions as a combined kitchen/social area. Another student bedroom with an en-suite bathroom has been added in place of a portion of the garden. Furthermore, the garden area at the front of the building has been replaced by car parking space.
Overall, the accommodation has been redesigned to maximize the number of student bedrooms, reflecting a shift in priorities from shared communal areas to more private living space.
