The flow chart shows the steps of the enrollment process. It is mainly divided into three parts: eerollment pro selection, payment, and finalisation.
The enrollment process is started off with selection. This step includes the selection of subject schedules, followed by the submission of the selected schedules for approval. After the chosen subjects are approved, the enrollee then queues at the cashier’s desk. The second step is the payment of tuition and other fees. Afterwards, the third step involves finalisation of the enrollment. After paying, the final schedules will be printed for the students’ reference and the school’s record. Lastly, a master list will be posted on the boards for all to see, completing the whole enrollment process.
In summary, the flow chart shows the enrollment process in three major parts: selection, payment, and finalisation. In addition, this three-part procedure is comprised of several simple steps completing the whole enrollment process.
