The graph below shows the breakdown of foreign worker spending in Singapore while the table presents the average monthly shopping expenditure of foreign workers in Singapore.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The bar graph shows the breakdown of expenses of foreign workers in Singapore. Meanwhile, the table presents the average monthly spending on shopping of foreign workers in the same country.
Based on the bar chart, Americans spend 45% on shopping, 35% on food, and 20% on rent. Indians, on the other hand, allocate 40% on food and rent each and only 20% on shopping. Moreover, Malay workers allot 30% on food and rent each and 40% on shopping. Lastly, Filipinos spend 45% of their income on food, pay 35% on rent, and have the remaining 20% for shopping.
Looking at the table, Americans shop the most at $2,750, followed by Malaysians at $1,500, and the Filipinos at $1,200. Indians spend the least at only $550 every month.
In summary, salaries of Indians and Filipinos are mainly allotted for food and rent, while Malays and Americans spend more on shopping. Furthermore, Americans spend the most when it comes to shopping and Indians the least.
