The plans below show Zhabei High School in 1990 and 2010. Write a summary of the information. Select and report the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The map depicts the developments which took place in Zhabei High School over a 20-year period starting from 1990.
Overall, it can be seen that the high has been transforming remarkably with various facilities relocated and added.
Looking at the map of the high school in 1990, a canteen, a library and a large basketball court could be found on the left side of the entrance, while the opposite side was four classrooms separated. To the northeast, there was an area for gymnastics, followed by scientific research and boarding school.
As can be seen from the second picture, after two decades, the most highlighted change was the introduction of landscaping around the premises, creating an environmentally friendly area. Additionally, the school property was divided into 2 sections; to the left is the campus and to the right are the apartments together with shops. While the canteen and library remained unchanged, the classrooms were equipped with modern facilities, including interactive boards, computer projectors and a Wi-Fi zone outside. The size of the gym room shrunk to have a classroom located.
Further development was the abolishment of a science laboratory to pave way for separate biology, chemistry, physics and industrial technology laboratories. In the north-eastern corner of the school, there was the area for rainwater tank and recycling, directly opposite the basketball court, which was narrowed half compared to itself in the past.
