You borrowed a friend’s laptop while yours was being repaired. Write a letter to your friend.

In your letter:

– Thank them for lending you the laptop

– Describe how it helped you during that time

– Mention a small gift or gesture you’ve arranged to show appreciation

Dear Riya,

I hope you’re doing well. I’m writing to sincerely thank you for lending me your laptop while mine was being repaired.

Your generous help really made a big difference. I was able to attend all my online classes on time and complete my assignments without any interruption. The laptop worked perfectly, and I didn’t face any issues during the week. Honestly, without it, I would have fallen behind on important deadlines.

As a small token of appreciation, I’ve left a box of your favorite chocolates in your mailbox. I also cleaned the laptop before returning it, just to make sure it’s as neat as when you gave it to me.

Thanks once again for your kindness and support. Let’s catch up soon — maybe over coffee this weekend if you’re free.
