SAMPLE ANSWER
I belong to Phagwara, which is a small but interesting town on the national Highway between Jalandhar and Ludhiana. There are many good places in my hometown, but the best part of my hometown is the shopping street which is also known as BansanWala Bazaar street Because of this street, my hometown is known as a shopper’s paradise I go there very often, in fact once or twice a week.
Even if I don’t have to do any shopping, I just enjoyed walking through the street. Huge showrooms of branded and non-branded items are there on both sides of the street. Every day the shopkeepers decorate their mannequins, with the latest fashions. Many accessories shops are also there. Whenever we have relatives from abroad, I take them there and they do a lot of shopping. There is a fast food restaurant on the street, which is very popular.
I go there once or twice a month with my friends to enjoy their special veg burgers. That is also a Sikh temple on one end of the street, which is of historical significance. Whenever there are sales going on, I go there with my friends and buy clothes for myself. So this is the best spot of my hometown in my eyes.
