You yourself are the best judge so while practicing record your voice on mobile phone, iPad, voice recorder, etc. Then listen to it carefully to know where your pronunciation problem is and this can be identified by comparing your clip with the native speaker and you need to improve it. This exercise is important to start improving, as until you will not know your errors you will not be able to improve them.

Watch yourself while speaking because the different sounds and movements of the speech organs are used in this language. For this stand in front of the mirror and see the movements of your face, mouth, lips, and tongue. Recognize whether they are moving in the same way as of the native English speaker? If not, try to move like them. This will improve your pronunciation.
