Nowadays – Refers to the present time.

Currently – At this moment in time.

These days – Refers to recent times, similar to “nowadays”.

In the past – Refers to a previous time or era.
Example: In the past, letters were the main form of communication.

Previously – At an earlier time.

At the moment – Right now.

Over time – Gradually, as time passes.
