Dear Mr. Sharma,

I am writing to request a reduction in my working hours as I plan to start a part-time course in Business Management next month. This course will help me develop valuable skills in leadership, project planning, and communication, which I believe will directly benefit our team.

I would like to continue working from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday to Friday, instead of my current full-day schedule. This adjustment will allow me to attend evening classes without affecting my work performance.

I assure you that I will continue to complete all assigned tasks efficiently and maintain the same level of commitment during my working hours. I am confident that the knowledge and skills I gain through this course will contribute positively to our department’s productivity and future growth.
