SAMPLE ANSWER

Dear Mr. Sharma,

I am writing to nominate Mr. Rohan Mehta, our senior sales executive, for the Best Employee of the Year award.

Rohan has consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication and professionalism throughout the year. He not only exceeded his sales targets by 30% but also mentored new team members, helping them adapt quickly to company standards. His positive attitude and teamwork have greatly contributed to our department’s success.

In my opinion, a good employee should be reliable, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative. Rohan embodies all these qualities through his consistent performance and strong leadership skills. His ability to handle pressure and maintain excellent client relationships truly sets him apart.

I strongly believe he deserves this recognition for his outstanding contribution to the company.
