You have bought some clothing online and are not satisfied with your purchase. Write a letter to the company that you have bought the clothing from. In your letter:

-Give details of the purchase

-Describe the problem

-Explain why you need a replacement urgently

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase I made from your online store. On October 5th, I ordered a blue cotton jacket (Order No. #A12459) from your autumn collection.

Unfortunately, when I received the item on October 12th, I noticed several issues. Firstly, the size I received was medium, although I had clearly ordered a large. Secondly, the zipper is defective and does not close properly. Moreover, the color appears much darker than shown on your website.

I urgently need a replacement as I plan to wear this jacket to an upcoming outdoor event next week. I would appreciate it if you could arrange an express exchange or issue a refund as soon as possible.

Please let me know how to proceed with returning the faulty item.
