Dear Ms. Thompson,

My name is Sarah Johnson, and I am the mother of Emily Johnson in Class 6B. I am writing to request some further details regarding the upcoming school trip.

Emily mentioned that the class will be going on an excursion next month, but I would like to confirm the exact dates, location, and the activities planned for the students. Could you also let me know about the departure and return timings, as well as the cost involved? In addition, I would be grateful if you could provide information about the food arrangements and whether the children are required to bring their own lunch.

I would also like to inform you that Emily has a mild nut allergy. While she usually manages this well, I want to ensure that any meals or snacks provided during the trip are free from nuts. Please let me know if I should prepare her food separately.
