Write a letter to the manager of the store. In your letter:

From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the cozy ambiance and the warm, welcoming staff. What I enjoyed most was the seamless blend of a quiet reading space with delicious coffee—it felt like the perfect retreat from the busy city life.
One thing that truly stood out was your curated selection of books by local authors, which I haven’t seen in other cafés. It adds a unique charm and supports regional talent, which I admire greatly.
If I may suggest, adding a few charging stations for laptops or phones could make the space even more convenient for readers and remote workers like myself.
