You have lost your student identification card. This has created some problems for you.
Write a letter to the director of student services.

Dear Sir/Madam,
This letter has been written to request you to issue a duplicate or another student ID card which was misplaced in my family function. Not having an identity card creates some inconvenience for me at the school. It has been respected to write to you for a new identification card because last Sunday I have attended a ceremony of my relative. By mistake, my id card was carried in my pocket and I misplaced it in the function.
Yesterday I went to the library to borrow and submit some books but the librarian did not accept it without my Id card and warn me to submit books at the time otherwise I will be penalized. My friend has advised me to write you to about the issue.
I kindly request you to prepare my card as soon as possible to curve my problem. I am looking for your assistance and immediate action.
Your cooperation will be fruitful for me. Herewith, I submit my passport size photo and last fees receipt to verify me.
