A young person is going to spend his first day at the office next month. Write a letter to explain what he should do on his first day.
In your letter, you should tell:
– what work should be done in the company
– what he/she will do on the first day of work
– what items/objects he /she needs to take along.
SAMPLE ANSWER
Dear Mr. Robert,
I am writing this letter on behalf of Mcorp technologies. I came to know that you are joining us on the 1st of august, and I am glad to assist you with your preparation for the first day. Firstly, your role is a junior tester under quality assurance. Precisely, you will be making sure that all the products are made in good quality.
Moreover, on the day of joining, you will be going through all the company’s policies. Later, you will be going to read about all products which are made in our company. In addition to this, Paras will assist you on your first day activities, and he is your reporting manager.
Lastly, you need to bring two passport size photos and one government issue identification document such as a passport or driver’s licence. Also, you need to bring the job offer that sent to you by email.
