I am writing this letter to express my utter annoyance at low class services offered by your company and share with you how I am being tormented by unsolicited calls every day. My cellular phone number is 123 456 7890.
Two months back, I had a service called ‘Do Not Disturb’ (DND) activated on my phone in hopes that I would not need to attend any unwanted calls. However, the situation remains unchanged till now. I get marketing calls during my working hours; this causes a potential loss of concentration. I fail to understand what the use of this service is. It looks like the company is offering this superficial feature for the sake of adhering to norms of Telecom Regulatory Authority of India but in real sense; this feature does not work and lacks functionality. Therefore, it is a simple decision for you: either you fix it or lose a client.
