How do you usually travel?
I like to travel by train. Allow me to explain. Firstly, when I travel by train I am able to see more of my country. In addition, the trains in my country are convenient and comfortable. For example, I can travel to any city, and I am able to sleep on the train. Lastly, traveling on a train is a social event as well. For example, one can chat to the other passengers about where they are going, and why they are traveling.
Where have you traveled to lately?

Describe a businessman that you admire
You should say:
• Who his person is;
• How you got to know this person;
• What this person does;
• How you think of this person.
SAMPLE ANSWER
Today I’m going to tell you about a businessman that I really admire and respect. I live in a beautiful and peaceful street and most of my neighbors are working for companies or running their own enterprises. Among them, I would pick Mr. Vincent as the most admirable businessman I have ever met.
Mr. Vincent is 30 years old and he established his first company when he was only 26. His company trades medical equipment, and it’s name is Viet Sun. He has acquired a reputation as a profound and dedicated person to his work, I usually find him leaving for work early and getting home late. Even on weekends, instead of hanging out with friends, he is still glued to his computer screen.
Despite being older than me by nearly 10 years but he looks really young and is always full of energy. Few people have the great passion and relevant skills to pursue to their goals. Mr. Vincent is one of those who could achieve his dream by himself at the age of 26, and this is what I find most appealing about him.
Another of his lovely traits is definitely his wise advice. Therefore, whenever I feel discouraged, I will seek his advice. I have learnt many useful things from him, not only in everyday things, but also in attitudes to life.
To me, he is not just a normal businessman, but a person whom I can share things with and learn many things from. I really owe a lot of gratitude to him.

PART – 3 FOLLOW UPS
What do you think should be the retirement age for men and women?
I think rather than based on genders, and the retirement age should be based on professions. In professions where physical fitness is crucial, the retirement age should be on the lower side, while the retirement age could be more in office jobs. In general, I think 60-65 years is the ideal retirement age.
What qualities do people need to run their own business?
I think the prime quality is financial management because ultimately, the success of any business depends upon whether it is profitable or not. Besides that, people need to have good leadership qualities, and they must be able to delegate responsibilities effectively. A lot of people who get anxious about delegating responsibilities are not able to grow.
What do you think are key factors the contribute to the success of a business?
I think many factors determine whether a business would be successful or not, and the importance of factors varies according to the type of business. For example, a successful restaurant needs a good location, good quality service, and tasty food more than anything else. In general, I would say if the business is providing a product that has a demand and only the particular company can provide it, it is going to be successful.
