You are planning to take a vacation. Write a letter to a friend. In your letter
• describe the vacation spot you have chosen.
• explain how you plan to spend your time there.

SAMPLE ANSWER
Dear Suiko,
I want to tell you about a vacation I am planning. I am going to a mountain resort that has lots of opportunities for outdoor activities, and I hope you can go with me.
I plan to go to Dolingo Ridge Retreat in the Egloo Mountains. This resort is in a beautiful mountain location with spectacular views in all directions. In addition to a hotel, there are several restaurants, some tennis courts, and a small lake.
There are lots of fun activities available in the area. I look forward to hiking and rock climbing. I might also rent a horse for some trail rides since there is a stable nearby. And, of course, I plan to swim and boat in the lake.
I would like to invite you to go to the resort with me. I think you would really enjoy it since I know you love the mountains. I am planning my vacation for the second half of August, and I know you will be free then.
