Dear Hoshiar,
Hope this letter finds you in radiant health and the best of spirits. I had a wonderful time in your house. Thank you so much for allowing me to stay there in your absence.
Your house is in a beautiful location. The view from the balcony overlooking the seaside is superb. When my company sent me for this course in your town, I was very happy that I would get a chance to be with you. Unfortunately you had to be away to be with your parents in the village. Even in your absence I faced no problem in your apartment.
Your neighbours are also very friendly and helpful. They took great care of me and helped me when I faced a problem with the microwave oven. There was some sparking and it stopped working. Your immediate neighbour, Mr. Sharma came and fixed it for me. You must be coming across each other almost daily. Do convey my regards to him and thank him on my behalf.
Rest all is fine here. Do come over some time. It would be fun to revive some old nostalgic memories of our college days.
