Dear Sir / Madam,
I am Lina, one of the residences in ATR apartment for the last 2 years which is located in Jaspal road, Nellore. I am writing this letter to complain about the noise coming into this apartment.
I am staying on the 5th floor, the road views flat 5B. For the last 1 month, I am getting a disturbance in the flat near the balcony. I think the rods have a loose connection and making noise when the wind flow is high. As this is the rainy season the wind flow is too high the noise is increased from last month because of this we unable to have a good sleep.
Please schedule to send an engineer to fix it as early as possible, I am available in the flat for a full day on weekends. If you need to reach me to further discuss, please contact my mobile number 23232323. I appreciate your attention and thank you for your understanding and support.
