IELTS is a challenging exam and it get more tough when you come across various tips and tricks on internet and everyone claiming that they are more effective than the other. 1. Be familiar with the structure of the test.
When you start preparing for the exam the first thing you need to see in the structure of the exam. This include which module will first come in the exam and which will follow it, time allowed for each module, types of tasks, breaks, expectations etc..This will help you to prepare your mind for the upcoming module and boost your confidence.
2. Practice on daily basis
Practice is must to crack the IELTS exam and it is better to structure your study plan. Try to stick on the plan and practice every module accordingly as in IELTS it is important to be in touch with the study. Your answer should be according to the demand of the question. You should not go off the topic and write or speak irrelevant content.

In IELTS you have to find the relevant data from the big data volume. This process to find the correct answer can be long and if you get confused in this you will lose the information. So you should be focused and confident.
9. Recheck your answers
At the end of the exam go through the paper to look and rectify your mistakes. It can be spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, and sentence structure. If any of the said mistakes are found in your exam your score will be deducted. So it’s better to do proof reading at the end of the exam.
10. Do not be nervous
It is necessary to be cool and calm. Don’t be panic or nervous in the exam. If you get nervous the chances of forgetting answers or overlooking them increases.
